project brief

BNY’s multi-phase interiors project is being delivered in six aggressive phases over an eight-month schedule. One major phase was completed in just 17 weeks, requiring multiple daily shifts to meet critical dates. The cope includes full demolition to cold shell and complete build-back with open ceilings, custom soffit raceways, branded feature walls, employee breakrooms, and a living wall. The final phases add a high-end fitness center with Exos management and premium locker rooms, requiring close coordination with another GC. Despite the complexity, the project remains on track, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
